Delivering high-quality overseas real estate and Australia market-entry consulting – Tamaki Terada
Australia is blessed with beautiful natural surroundings, while also offering a mature and stable economy. Its real estate market is therefore highly attractive to Japanese clients. As a multicultural nation, Australia continues to attract talented people from around the world and is increasingly becoming an important hub for global business. It is easy to understand why Australia is often seen as one of the key centers of the global economy.
My career has been built around one central mission: to connect the business opportunities emerging in Australia with clients from Japan.
In my previous role at Starts, I first gained experience in Japan before being assigned to Australia in 2007. Since then, I have supported Japanese companies with new market entry, office relocations for established Japanese businesses, and the purchase and sale of investment and residential properties for individual clients.
In 2024, I established my own company. Drawing on my real estate experience in both Japan and Australia, as well as my background in corporate consulting, I now support both corporate and individual clients as they expand their businesses, build assets, and create comfortable lives overseas, with a particular focus on Australia.
My name, Tamaki, is derived from the Japanese word “wa,” meaning connection or harmony between people. True to this meaning, I believe my greatest strength lies in creating new value through meaningful human connections.
