KPG Partners with STYLE PORT Inc. to Bring ROOV Property Technology to Australian Developers

KPG is pleased to announce a formal partnership with STYLE PORT Inc., a Japanese real estate technology company. Under this partnership, KPG will support Australian property developers in introducing ROOV, STYLE PORT’s digital sales platform for residential projects.

KPG works with developers in Australia to plan and deliver marketing that fits each project, with a particular focus on reaching buyers in the Japanese market. Adding ROOV to our services lets developers show off-the-plan projects to buyers in a form close to the finished building, even when those buyers are overseas.

About STYLE PORT and ROOV

STYLE PORT is one of the fastest-growing property technology companies in Japan. Its services are used by more than 90% of Japan’s top 20 residential developers.

ROOV lets buyers experience an off-the-plan project before it is built. They can view the building, its surroundings and the view from the property, and then walk through each apartment type much as they would at a real inspection. Because the 3D spaces are built from the actual architectural drawings, buyers can change finishes, place furniture and measure rooms. For sales teams, ROOV also works as a CRM. It shows which floor plans and materials each client has viewed, so staff can follow up with options that match what the client is actually considering.

Working with KPG

KPG will support Australian developers through the whole process, from deciding whether ROOV suits a project to planning how it fits into their wider marketing. Our focus remains on helping developers connect with Japanese buyers and present their projects clearly to them.

Developers interested in using ROOV for an upcoming or current project are welcome to contact KPG for more information.
